Contacting the company

Lewis Sports Intelligence LLC operates this website. It has no visitor accounts, league uploads, or purchases. Email links open your email application; copying an address does not send us a message. The separate beta application form submits information only when applications are open and you select Submit beta application.

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, message content, attachments, and related email metadata. We use this information to respond and maintain the correspondence. Inquiry email is handled through Google Workspace and accessed by the founder.

Beta applications

The application requests your name, email address, preferred fantasy platforms and sports, desired league count, commissioner responsibilities, feedback availability, and acknowledgment of the application notice. Optional answers cover devices, interests, and other product needs. Please do not provide passwords, tokens, league links, information about other league members, or sensitive personal information.

We use submitted answers to evaluate beta interest, select potential testers, and communicate about your application. Applying does not enroll you in marketing or grant product access. No application information is intentionally stored in browser storage or a website database. The website sends the application to our support mailbox using Resend; Resend processes the email and related delivery records, and Google Workspace handles our mailbox. These services may retain messages or operational records under their own terms and settings.

When applications are open, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and security signals to protect the form against automated abuse. Its verification token is checked on the server before email submission. See Cloudflare privacy information and Resend privacy information. The form does not load Turnstile or send application emails while applications are closed.

Website hosting and technical information

The website is hosted through OpenAI ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and operational or security logs to deliver and protect the website. We have not added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or social-media embeds to this site.

Our website code does not set tracking cookies or track visitors across other websites. Hosting infrastructure may use technologies needed for delivery or security. Our code does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Cloudflare sets a security cookie called __cf_bm to help identify automated traffic and protect this website. Cloudflare states that it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Additional security cookies may be used when a challenge is required. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.

Providers and disclosure

OpenAI and its infrastructure providers support hosting; Google supports company email; Resend supports application email delivery when the form is enabled; Cloudflare supports hosting and abuse prevention. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights or website security. We do not sell inquiry or application information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Providers may process information in multiple countries. This notice does not promise a particular storage location. Their handling is also subject to the applicable service terms and privacy information: OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Google Workspace privacy information.

Retention and your choices

We review resolved company, product, and support inquiry emails monthly. At the next monthly review after 12 months have passed since resolution or our last substantive correspondence, whichever is later, we normally delete the conversation, including replies and attachments, from our active mailbox.

Beta application correspondence follows this inquiry rule. You may withdraw your application or ask us to delete it by contacting support. An active application remains an ongoing matter until it is resolved or withdrawn; applying does not authorize unrelated marketing.

We retain records longer where needed for an ongoing matter, legal obligations, contracts, intellectual-property ownership or permissions, tax and accounting purposes, privacy-request compliance, or disputes. Company formation records and these other business records are handled separately from routine inquiries.

Deleted messages and copies may remain in trash, recovery systems, provider backups, or legally required retention systems. This email rule does not set the retention period for hosting or security logs. You can request deletion or ask about information we hold by emailing the address below; applicable requests are handled separately from our monthly review. Legal obligations or an ongoing dispute may limit deletion.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent where relevant, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. Please provide only the information needed for your request.

Children and updates

This corporate website is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information. Changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated effective date. Any future FAIOSA service will need privacy information covering its actual features before those features become available.
